Estimated Attendance: ~ 150 techies with vast interest in Drupal ranging from newbies to seasoned professionals.

Program Plan:

  • Friday - full- and half-day paid trainings
  • Saturday - full-day 4-5 tracks of sessions
  • Sunday - half-day 4-5 tracks of sessions, first-time contribution workshop and contribution day

Registration fee: $50 (early-bird), $75 (normal)

Total event budget: ~ $15,000

The fourteenth annual Florida DrupalCamp will be in-person! After a virtual event in 2021, we look forward to welcoming the Drupal community back to an in-person event! The 2022 event will continue to build on the successes of previous events, which have drawn hundreds of attendees each year from across Florida, the US, and the world.

We are extremely cognizant of the need for our sponsors to receive a positive return on investment for their sponsorship dollars. If your organization would like to discuss additional methods to assist with your ROI, please let us know.

Major changes for this year's event are:

  • Back to in-person with Covid protocols.
  • Moved to a Friday-Saturday-Sunday schedule. Last year, the event was Thursday-Friday-Saturday.

Platinum - $3,000

  • Logo placement on every page of Florida DrupalCamp 2022 web site.

  • Table in exhibition area (30”x72”).

  • 5-minute block during one of the featured sessions to introduce your company.

  • 1 sponsor-labeled session during the event to present a Drupal-related topic relating to your company.

  • Copy of non-opted-out attendee names, companies and email addresses (upon request).

  • 3 text ad placements in attendee emails sent out prior to the event by FLDC volunteers.

  • Naming rights to one of the event rooms.

  • Option to place advertising materials in attendee swag bag.
